Shipping And Returns Policy

This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at Hobby Chaos. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at store@HobbyChaos.ca.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer shipping via Canada Post. The shipping fee will be provided upon checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders of in stock items received before Friday at 4pm (Atlantic time) will be taken to the post office on the Saturday of the same week (weather permitting).

Custom Orders

Contact us for estimates on when you may receive your custom ordered item(s) at disorder@HobbyChaos.ca. We have many responsibilities so it may take some time for a custom order to be completed.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

We only sell and ship to Canada at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/track-reperage/en#/home.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at disorder@HobbyChaos.ca with details of the product and the defect.
